4 weeks prior to Event
Meet via phone, video or in person to discuss your vision, ideas & budget for your event. We will also review the service policies. If you choose to proceed, a deposit will be requested to secure any vendors required.
3-4 weeks prior to Event
Vendor and catering options will be presented with price breakdown.
If the Executive or Royal plan has been purchased, we require you provide your vendor selection within 4 days.
2-3 weeks prior to Event
We will confirm vednors and catering has been booked, and review the responses to the RSVP guest list, as well as any additions you would like to add.
Day of Event
If Executive or Royal plan has been purchsed, a planner will arrive to the event 2 hours prior, to manage catering and decorations. Payment of services will be collected either in person or via online invoice.
